Quality improvement

Last week I visited the Italian Gelateria at Plaza Itskatzu and tried Nutella and Maracuya ice cream. When I tasted the Nutella ice cream I thought ‘WOW!!! It’s sooo smooth. I still have to learn a lot’. When I tried the Maracuya I thought OK, mine is better’. Back at home I thought about how to improve my milk based ice creams. I changed some things in the recipe and the result is awesome. It tastes absolutely like the Nutella gelato in Plaza Itskatzu. It has a texture like liquid silk. Increíble! First I have to sell the old batch, but within the next two weeks the new ice cream will be available.
